The Shop-Starter Machine

The first real production
machine for a growing shop.

Same industrial components as the Foundation and Elite — 10HP ISO30 spindle, industrial vacuum, full software — in a single 4×8 configuration with a self-install model that keeps the price honest. The money you save is capital to grow: tooling, materials, hiring.

Drive System

Dual ball screw.
All the drive you’ll need.

Dual ball screws on the Y-axis — with ball screw X and Z — keep the bridge square and repeatability tight. Fewer moving parts, less maintenance, and the kind of accuracy that doesn’t drift.

For most shops, this is all the drive system you’ll ever need. It’s table stakes on the Core, not a premium upsell.

Power

10HP ISO30 spindle.
The same as the big machines.

The Core runs the same 10HP ISO30 spindle as the Foundation — 24,000 RPM, secure tool holding, clean cutting across cabinets, plastics, foam, and light industrial parts. No de-rated “starter” motor.

A 12-position linear tool changer means you run complex jobs without stopping to swap bits by hand.

Why the Core Makes Sense

The money you save is
capital to grow.

The Core isn’t a stripped-down machine — it’s the same industrial components in the configuration that gets a growing shop into real production for less. What you don’t spend on the machine goes where it actually moves the business: tooling, materials, marketing, hiring. Built to a purpose, not a price.
