CNC Routers for Cabinet Shops

Turn your cabinet shop into a production powerhouse. Cut faster, waste less, and take on jobs your competitors can’t touch.

The Cabinet Shop’s Dilemma

You’re running a table saw, a panel saw if you’re lucky, and a crew that’s getting harder to find and more expensive to keep. Every kitchen takes longer than it should. Every callback eats your margin.

Meanwhile, the shop across town just quoted the same job at 30% less. They’re not working harder. They’re not paying their guys less. They’ve got a CNC router doing the work of three people, and they’re sleeping fine at night.

This isn’t about replacing your team. It’s about giving them a machine that doesn’t call in sick, doesn’t make math errors, and cuts the same part perfectly whether it’s the first piece or the five hundredth.

What Changes When You Add CNC

Nested Sheet Cutting

Drop a full 4×8 sheet on the table, hit start, and walk away. The machine cuts every cabinet part from that sheet with minimal waste. Software optimizes the layout automatically.

Consistent Joinery

Dado cuts, rabbet joints, and pocket holes land exactly where they should, every time. Assembly becomes plug-and-play instead of force-and-pray.

Boring Patterns

System holes for shelf pins, hinge cups, and drawer slides are drilled in the same pass as the profile cut. No second setup, no misaligned holes.

Door Production

Shaker doors, raised panels, and MDF profiles run on the same machine. Switch from boxes to doors without switching machines.

Complex Parts

Curved cabinet ends, radius corners, and custom shapes that used to mean hand work now come off the machine ready to assemble.

Less Material Waste

Nesting software packs parts tight. Cabinet shops typically see 10-15% material savings compared to manual cutting. That’s money back in your pocket.

Works With Your Software

You don’t have to change how you design cabinets. Our machines work with the software you already know.

Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, KCD, 2020 Design, Pro100, SketchList3D, CutList Plus—if it outputs G-code or a standard file format, it’ll run on our machines. We’ll help you get the post-processor dialed in during installation.

Most cabinet shops are cutting production-ready parts within the first week. Not because the machine is simple—it’s not. Because we don’t leave until you’re running.

Questions Cabinet Shops Ask

Do I need a dedicated operator?

Initially, yes. Someone needs to learn the machine and the software. But it doesn’t take an engineer—we’ve trained finish carpenters, cabinet assemblers, and shop owners. After a few months, most shops cross-train multiple people.

What about dust collection?

You’ll need it. Figure 800-1,200 CFM minimum for a 4×8 machine. We can spec the right collector for your setup during the quote process.

How much power does it need?

Most machines run on single-phase 220V. Larger spindles may require three-phase. We’ll sort out the electrical requirements before you buy.

What about the learning curve?

Real talk: it takes 2-4 weeks before your operator is comfortable, 2-3 months before they’re fast. But you’re cutting production parts from day one. We provide training on-site and ongoing support.
